Lettings Regulations & Fees

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are required to display all fees and charges associated with our lettings services clearly and transparently. Below you will find details of our current landlord fees and regulatory memberships.

Landlord Fees

Fully Managed Service:

  • Single Let / Buy-to-Let (BTL) Properties:
    10% (plus VAT)
    of the monthly rent.
  • HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) Properties:
    12% (plus VAT)
    of the monthly rent.

All fees are charged as a percentage of the total monthly rent collected. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).

Client Money Protection & Redress Scheme

We are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), which provides an independent complaints and redress service to landlords and tenants.

A copy of our PRS Membership Certificate is attached below for your reference.

Client Money Handling

All client monies are held in a segregated client account in accordance with client money protection regulations. We ensure full compliance with current UK lettings legislation, including The Tenant Fees Act 2019, The Housing Act 2004, and relevant AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.
