I used Renoject to source a BRRR deal in Middlesbrough and I’ve been really impressed from start to finish. The deal facts and structure were presented clearly and all of the figures have been bang on.
The whole process has been smooth and quick, and they recommended a solicitor who was excellent value and very efficient. I’ve also been extremely impressed with the build team – the speed and quality of the transformation has been fantastic.
Because everything has been so seamless and easy, we’ve decided to retain Renoject as the lettings agents on a fully managed basis for the foreseeable future. Overall, a very professional team that does exactly what they say they will. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend Renoject enough. They’ve provided an exceptional experience from the outset all the way through to completion.
They answer any queries immediately and take on a really proactive approach to all elements of the process.
What I really like about Renoject is they source some incredible deals but also across numerous strategies, from BMV, BRR, HMO’s, multi unit freehold units, which gives all investors a real variety of great options.

The first investment of many! From my first call with Renoject to completion on my property, everything was seamless, the team went above and beyond to answer all my questions, make me fully aware of the process and kept me informed throughout. They sourced me a property specifcally based on criteria i was looking for and at the end, my end value came out £20,000 higher than originally expected.
I invested in my first 6 bed all ensuite HMO and believe me when i say, ill be investing in another with them! The refurbishment standard was better than expect and they also customised certain aspects of the finish to what i was looking for, with extra panelling, oak doors and a dark blue finish on the bedroom walls (which my tenants LOVE)
Overall, the experience has been fantastic and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking to invest in North East property. Dont think you will find a better team!
